	Our Feet Represents the direction we are taking in the world. Working on the feet focuses the movement of change within us,it gets things going.The moving centre is to do with stabilising, balalncing,supporting,being grounded and rooted in the world.
	The Hands Corresponds to our we are handling our lives, our ability to cope. How many of us are doing what we want to do? Our doing centre relates to what we are doing, about what is been done to us. We can reach out, pull in or push away. It is through the doing centre that we express our executive creative and giving qualities.
	The Head is our centre of communication, from where we meet the world through our hearing, sight, taste and smell. The head is considered the centre of planning. We plan and we act. Having our head worked on helps release our ability to think, to govern our life and to have initiative within the movement of change triggered o by the Metamorphic Technique applied to the feet..
